Artists from all over the country are continuing to perform live without leaving their homes. It's a necessity as many music venues remain shut down in the face of increasing coronavirus cases.

Indie artists, many of whom have lost most if not all of their income, have been hit particularly hard. Livestreaming has become more important than ever. And we're here to showcase some of the best performers in Houston and beyond.

Tatum Lynn joins us for a performance at 11 a.m. Friday at the Preview from the Houston Chronicle Facebook page. The singer from Arizona is releasing her debut album in January. Here's your chance to see her before she blows up.

Along with originals, Tatum Lynn has cultivated a fanbase with her own spins on top 40 covers. She'll do one of those today.

If you like the Preview from the Houston Chronicle Facebook page now, you'll get a notification when the next concert starts. You can also watch the full performance below.

Why it's important to support local art right now: There are lots of amazing, talented artists that are creating unique content. It's art in its truest form without any interference from the major label corporations.
