"Later Baby, " HERE SOARS OVER 1 MILLION VIEWS

November 6, 2020 - Tatum Lynn is not your typical “new artist.” Yes, she’s about to release her first album in January 2021, which features 14 tracks of pop paradise, but there aren’t too many people who can claim a chart topping first single before their record even drops. From the time she was ten years old, Tatum showed a dedication and savvy unlike most, giving her all in to developing herself as an artist; in late 2019, at the age of 19, that commitment paid off as “Later Baby XOHERE broke in to the Billboard Top 40 and has garnered over 1 million views. Tatum hasn’t looked back since.

Tatum is back with her new single & video (directed & choreographed by So You Think You Can Dance famed dancer/choreographer Benji Schwimmer) “Let Down Your Hair” available today on all formats HERE. While the whole album explodes with surprises, there are some tracks that deserve to be put on repeat: It will be hard not to get up and dance when “Let Down Your Hair” comes on. Tatum worked with producer/songwriter Joey Barba and Lauren Christy on the track. The song is a clarion call for optimism and strength, Tatum encourages people to rise above the noise and just be yourself as she states here: “I have many fans and followers that shared with me their experiences and frustrations of being bullied on and off social media.  “Let Down Your Hair” was written to give them courage and the confidence to not let this get you down, and to keep on trying and smiling. Social media can be brutal, I have experienced it firsthand. The world is full of fakers and haters, so making sure we remember who we are, and to let down your hair is so important.”

Work on the album started in California, where Tatum, armed with her journal, began writing with A-Level talent. “I’ve been very comfortable writing with other people. We talk about what’s happening in our lives, ideas we want to touch on, and then we just go.” For the album, Tatum collaborated with Lauren Christy (Avril Lavigne, Dua Lipa, Kelly Clarkson), who was part of the award-winning Matrix writing trio, celebrated writer/producer John Fields (P!nk, Demi Lovato, Jonas Brothers) producer Joey Barba and Jon Levine (Meghan Trainor)

While choosing songs, she knew the stakes were high and worked hard to make sure the songs were accessible, smart, fun and meaningful. “What I like to say about this album is that there’s a song on there for everyone. Whether it’s losing a friend, going through a break up, trying to figure out where you stand, or even celebrating differences, you can come find a song for you.”

Tatum’s new album is set for release in January 2021.

Let Down Your Hair

People sing their songs and then they’re gone

but I wanna be here forever

Be here forever

People close their eyes shut out the sun

But I want to float like a feather live live forever

Live live forever

Fakers on the left hater on the right I ain’t gonna break no sweat

Tryna to make me trip tryna make me fall

But they haven’t got me yet

I I I know a secret our strength is together

I I i before we forget

Let down your hair

Even if your scared

Show em that you just don’t care

Even to the folks that did u wrong

This time i swear to anyone who’s here

Are we going to face our fears we ain’t going to sing those sad sad songs

I just want to live every minute

No times for regrets just get with it oh

I was holding tight couldn’t let go

Now I’m going to let go forever

people trying to interrupt my flow and I’m going to be like whateva strive to be better.

Fakers on the left hater on the right I ain’t gonna break no sweat

Tatum Lynn Insight: Let Down Your hair

I have many fans and followers that shared with me their experiences and frustrations of being bullied on and off social media. Let Down Your Hair was written to give them courage and the confidence to not let this get you down, and to keep on trying and smiling. Social media can be brutal, I have experienced it firsthand. The world is full of fakers and haters, so making sure we remember who we are, and to let down your hair is so important.

Closer

Never been the type to open up

never understood that type love

never spilled my guts never felt the need

until you opened up my eyes so I can finally see

now I’m here and I don’t know why

why am I scared of these butterflies

Never let people see the real me

Now I know your the one I need

Chorus

now my walls are down

i’ll open my heart

show you my scars

let down my guard

ca ca closer

ill let my secrets out

So push me a little

bring me a little

hold me a little

Ca ca ca closer

And Just last Saturday

I tried to walk away

I walked in circles for an hour

then came back again

And it’s so obvious

Between the two of us

That this ain’t over and out

There’s nothing wrong with us

Sometimes I hate your face

Sometimes you fall from grace

Everything we ever been through

It hasn’t been a waste

And your in love with me

And I’m in love with you

No this ain’t over and out

Closer till I hear you breathing

Closer till your thoughts I’m feeling

Closer yes I need you more

Closer than we’ve ever been before

Chorus

now my walls are down

i’ll open my heart

show you my scars

let down my guard

ca ca closer

ill let my secrets out

So push me a little

bring me a little

hold me a little

Ca ca ca closer

Now my wall comes crumbling down so push me a little

Bring me a little

Hold me a little

Ca ca ca closer

Tatum Lynn Insight: Closer

Some of us take a while to really open up in a relationship and relationships are at times just plain hard. This song talks about that and the ups and downs that can happen. Through time, you may work things out, depending on how honest the conversations and actions are. We all want to be close to someone and sometimes it takes a lot of work before you can. This is one of my favorite songs on the album, and I know/hope I will have people relating to my story.

Can’t Live Without You

I can remember the day that we met

last day of summer how could I forget

you were with Matty on top of the roof

sipping on smoothies had nothing to do

I couldn't get you outside off of my brain

you took my hand as it started to rain

right next to your girlfriend please can you explain

like dang boy

what you insane??

oh man

I feel so frozen

im stuck right here with you here with you

oh man

Im the greatest showman

Act like im over you over you

I can't stop thinking

about you baby

and all the times that

you made me crazy

the thing bout life is

there are no redo's

I don't know much but what I do know

is how much better my life could be without you

but still somehow I just can't live without you

I could be off on a trip to Belize but I’m eating Ramen and watching you sleep

Could be an actress

Maybe a star

Or an astronaut flying to Mars

I could be racing a formula one

Running a company

Firing someone

Where did you go

No where where My friend

I stand by my man (man)

I feel so lo (I feel so lonely)

I’m stuck right here with you, here with you

I’m like oh man I’m the greatest show can’t get over you, over you

I can't stop thinking

about you baby

and all the times that

you made me crazy

the thing bout life is

there are no redo's

I don't know much but what I do know

is how much better my life could be without you

but still somehow I just can't live without you

What you selling

Im a buyer

Where you going?

Im your driver

Need insurance

Im your kaiser

Your my prison

Im a lifer

now why you gonna lie like that

actin like I’m not a find like that

You know im hotter than a thermostat

and you always want a bite like a big Big Mac

Ohhh

I can't stop thinking

about you baby

and all the times that

you made me crazy

the thing bout life is

there are no redo's

I don't know much but what I do know

is how much better my life could be without you

but still somehow I just can't live without you

Tatum Lynn Insight: Can’t Live Without You

Can’t Live Without You is a follow-n song to “When I’m Right I’m Right”. It’s meant to be a fun carefree song about the feelings someone has throughout a relationship. Showing a look inside a girls brain when her significant other drives them a little mad. Can’t Live Without You is not a serious deep song and very different than the rest of the songs on the album, but one you can make light of and enjoy the craziness of the story.

Another One

Written By Lauren Christy, Sky Adams & Katt Nestell

Produced By Lauren Christy & Sky Adams

Here in the dark of winter

Head on a tear stained pillow

Nobody else could make me cry

like that

I’m gonna miss you near me

Ain’t gonna miss your temper

I didn’t love the way you lie

Oh and

I’ve been feeling so low

Oh but now I know

But now I know

Even when you think your last chance has come and gone

They’ll be another one

They’ll be another one

Watching that airplane take off to the sun

Here comes another one

And They’ll be another one

So Ha Ha ha hallelujah

It’s got nothing to do with ya

Sometimes life is just a hit and run

So even when your lover tells you

You’re not the one

They’ll be another one

They’ll be another one

Another one

Verse 2:

Fixed on a new horizon

Buying a box of colors

I’m gonna paint things how I like them

If I don’t like how I paint it

Then I can just erase it

And all my sad songs I’ll rewrite them

I been feeling so low

Oh but now I know

Oh But now I know

Even when you think your last chance has come and gone

They’ll be another one

They’ll be another one

Watching that airplane take off to the sun

Here comes another one

And They’ll be another one

So Ha Ha ha hallelujah

It’s got nothing to do with ya

Sometimes life is just a hit and run

So even when your lover tells you

You’re not the one

They’ll be another one

They’ll be another one

Another one

Tatum Lynn Insight: Another One

I fell in love with this song, because it’s about pushing through hard times and knowing that things will get better. I loved it so much I did a ballad version as well. I feel this is a message that not only teens, but kids and adults need to hear. You always have another chance as long as you don’t quit and give up on yourself. You have to keep trying even when things don’t work out. This is when you grow and become a better you. I feel this song is not only a view of a relationship. A few additional examples are, after losing a football game or any type of contest or game and knowing they’ll be another one, a job opportunity falls through and knowing they’ll be another opportunity or not making the team or even choir you have been working hard to be in. I have always loved the saying that “every day is a second chance”.

I’m The Dancer Now

Written by Tatum Lynn, Lauren Christy & Stephan Moccio

Produced by Lauren Christy and Stephan Moccio

Standing in the shadows

Back against the wall left out

Too afraid to speak up

Too afraid to let you down

I’m sorry that I couldn’t be

Everything u wanted.

sorry that I couldn’t feel everything

You felt

Funny I was frozen

someone said the ice will melt

But I’m the dancer now

Spinning round for no one but myself

Before it was for you

If not for you for Someone else

But I’m the dancer nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah now

Always in the spotlight You were what the crowd liked so

I just learned to sit back

Let them keep there eyes on you

I’m sorry that I couldn’t give everything you needed

Tried so hard to love you only felt defeated

Forgot about myself here Watching everything you do

But I’m the dancer now

Spinning round for no one but myself

Before it was for you

If not for you for Someone else

But I’m the dancer nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah now

Now you see that l no longer hide

I will not be scared when you say

I’m

Not what you wanted

Not what you need

Let me tell you

I’m the dancer now

Spinning round for no one but myself

Before it was for you

If not for you for Someone else

But I’m the dancer nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah now

Tatum Lynn Insight: I’m The Dancer Now

From the very beginning of writing this song with Lauren and Stephan, my main goal was to have the message be about doing things for yourself. A lot of people struggle with trying to please other people, with their looks, actions and fearing they aren’t good enough. I have always believed focusing on yourself, and your worth is the most important thing in any relationship and that is what I wanted my listeners to get from this song.

Like Another One, I feel this song can be interpreted for any situation. A relationship with your boyfriend/girlfriend, your friends or even a family member. Take control of your life and the people around you that truly love you will support your decision and will love to watch you dance through life.

If It’s Love

Written and Produced by John Fields

You said it’s way more than physical when it comes to you and me

Said we belong like a miracle on 34th and Christmas Eve

Was it a lie

Are you the worst kinda typical my mama warned me not to keep

Am I the stereotypical kinda girl hanging on a string

I gotta know

Cuz if it’s love

That you got us in than you bet again

Like a man in love and fight till the end cuz my heart depends on youuu

If it’s love

Tell me how tell me why it’s the way it’s been you ignoring me and saying now if you can’t decide where you goin and who you want to be

This is my lifee

And I’m not your average afraid of single kind of chic I’d rather be alone than lonely in your arms

So let me know

Cuz if it’s love

That you got us in that you bad again

Like a man in love and fight till the end cuz my heart depends on youuu

If it’s love

Tatum Lynn Insight: If It’s Love

If It’s Love gives you an insight to a girl’s thoughts when she is confused and needing confirmation in a relationship. Myself and so many girls have been in this situation and I know they will be able to connect to this song. I fell in love with the soulfulness/R&B in this song and it will show my listeners a different side of me as a singer. Some of my favorite songs to cover are soulful R&B classics.

Later Baby, XO

Written and Produced by Lauren Christy and Andrew Wells

I wish you’d told me when we first met

You could have told me you’re a bad bet

I guess I just didn’t know yet

Oh oh

I wish I hadn’t met your best friends

I gave you holidays and weekends

And now ya tell me that you’re leaving

Oh oh

When I think about the time I’ve wasted

I know it’s gone and it ain’t coming back

You said you loved me but you hesitated

Where’d ya ever learn to love like that

No you didn’t have to be so mean

There’s a better way to do bad things

Guess your love is never what it seemed

See you later baby XO XO

If I meet somebody else like you

At least I know exactly what to do

Look them in the eye and tell the truth

See you later baby XO XO

Oh you promised me a good life

You told me I would make a good wife

Oh I took it as a good sign

Oh woh oh

And now it’s time to let go

I’m still happy that we met though

See you never baby XO

When I think about the time I wasted

I know it’s gone and it ain’t coming back

You said you loved me but you hesitated

Where’d ya ever learn to love like that

No you didn’t have to be so mean

There’s a better way to do bad things

Guess your love is never what it seemed

See you later baby XO XO

If I meet somebody else like you

At least I know exactly what to do

Look them in the eye and tell the truth

See you later baby XO XO

Did you know that forgiveness means to let go

XO XO

Did you know that forgiveness means to let go

XO XO

When I think about the time I wasted

I know it’s gone and it ain’t coming back

You said you loved me but you hesitated

Where’d ya ever learn to love like that

yaaaaa

No you didn’t have to be so mean

There’s a better way to do bad things

Guess your love is never what it seemed

See you later baby XO XO

If I meet somebody else like you

At least I know exactly what to do

Look them in the eye and tell the truth

See you later baby XO XO

Did you know that forgiveness means to let go

(to let go, to let go)

Did you know that forgiveness means to let go

See you later baby XO XO

Tatum Lynn Insight: Later Baby, XO

Everybody needs that blow off steam, break up song and this is mine. Later Baby XO is about moving on from a relationship, saying goodbye to the past and knowing what to look for in the future.

I want this to be a song girl’s blast in their car, singing at the top of their lungs with their girlfriends after a breakup. We have all been there or will be someday.

Never

Written and produced by Lauren Christy and John Levine

You tell me that you needed space to breath

So go get lonely that’s alright with me

I get hormonal and I mess things up

Hey no ones perfect baby don’t give up

Pre:

We get tired of the chase

I’m Tired of your face

Sometimes I ain’t nice but then neither are you we’re human it’s true

So better we think twice

Chorus:

Is it justified

Never never never

Can we let it go does that make it right?

Never never never

What I want to know

How come I can love somebody so much it drives me mad

Am I leaving you

Never never never

Verse:

We go for 6 weeks feeling like a breeze

Then your mouth says things I can’t believe

But if I’m truthful and I’ve said that too

To my best friend when we were talking about you

Pre x2

Chorus x2

Bridge:

I can remember the nights when you and I were an untold mystery

First time you kissed me

Back then loving all day in so deep I had to have you next to me

that’s all history

Chorus x3

Tatum Lynn Insight: Never

Never is definitely one of my darker, more intense songs on the album and that is what I really like about it. I get the chance to show a different side in my vocals and emotions. This is one of my favorite ones to sing live because I get to experiment and make it different each time I perform it with the sass and grit. One of the songs message is that your so confident in yourself and the relationship that you will never never give up.

Now U See Me Now U Don’t

Written by John Fields, Blair Daly

Produced by John Fields

So cool baby when we first met

Bubble hadn’t burst yet

Baby you were everything I’d been dreaming of

So sweet said I was your only

Never leave me lonely

Then I caught ya hanging out with some other girl

Can’t believe you tried to

Pull one over me

Cuz I’m the one who’s always got a

Trick up my sleeve

I’ll disappear before your eyes

Take a picture

Say goodbye

And now you see me

Now you don’t

You’re gonna miss me

When I’m gone

Too late cuz I’m movin on

Now you see me

Now you don’t

No it’s not a cheap illusion

But you’re really losing me forever

Everything we’d been dreaming of

Too bad cuz I really dug you

Probably could’ve loved you

But you had to mess it up with some other girl

For a second I guess you had me

Underneath your spell

But now I know I’m so better off here

By myself

I’ll disappear before your eyes

Take a picture

Say goodbye

And now you see me

Now you don’t

You’re gonna miss me

When I’m gone

Too late cuz I’m movin on

Now you see me

Now you don’t

Now that my hands are untied

I can find somebody who will treat me right

So close thought you almost had me

Could’ve been so happy

Are you happy

I’ll disappear before your eyes

Take a picture

Say goodbye

And now you see me

Now you don’t

You’re gonna miss me

When I’m gone

Too late cuz I’m movin on

Now you see me

Now you don’t

Tatum Lynn Insight: Now You See Me, Now You Don’t

This is another song i hear and just want to blast it in my car with my girlfriends. Another Girl Anthem. love this song because it can reach any audience and when I perform it live it brings everyone to their feet. It reminds me of Disney Channel and also a little bit of Paramore. It is just so fun, quirky and overall a great vibe to add to my album!

Pedestal

Produced by John Fields

Written by Bonnie Anderson, Shelly Peiken, John Fields

Looking in the mirror

U complain about the picture

U don’t SEE you like I do

I’m not gonna lecture

But when I’m lookin at ya

All I see is beautiful

u have been a champion

the one who's been there who sees me thru the storms

Always looking up to you so what do I do

The day you’re not so strong

When u fall

I’ll put u back on a Pedestal

Back up on a Pedestal, Baby

Where you’re meant to be

So everyone can see you

When u fall

I’ll put u back on a Pedestal

Back up on a Pedestal, baby

For all the world to see

Show ‘em what you mean to me

Sometimes we just wake up

Underneath the makeup

Battle with our self-esteem

And everybody needs a someone who believes ya

When you say you’ve lost a dream

u have been a champion

the one who's been there who sees me thru the storms

Always looking up to you so what do I do

The day you’re not so strong

When u fall

I’ll put u back on a Pedestal

Back up on a Pedestal, Baby

Where you’re meant to be

So everyone can see you

When u fall

I’ll put u back on a Pedestal

Back up on a Pedestal, baby

For all the world to see

Show ‘em what you mean to me

In your eyes

I see the rain is pouring

Wipe ‘em dry

Take away all the pain

Is it my name you’re calling

Tatum Lynn Insight: Pedestal

I wanted this song right when I heard it. The chorus is amazing and the lyrics are just so relatable. I got Taylor Swift vibes from the storyline of this song and that got me excited to put my own twist on the vocals and make it me. I believe we all would like that type of love to where we would be there to help whoever is struggling to get back on the pedestal if they fall. Everyone at some time in their life needs help to get back on the pedestal.

Tatum Lynn Insight: This Is The Life

I love this song because it is just so much fun! I am a huge fan of Paramore and once I heard the drums I was hooked. Prince’s drummer, Michael Bland played on this track and that blew me away. It makes me want to go on a road trip with my friends to the beach, belt out this song and have a dance party.

When I’m Right I’m Right

Written by Tatum Lynn, Lauren Christy, John Levine

Produced by Lauren Christy and John Levine

If I break your heart tonight

You know I apologize

A Little crazy I admit

What’s the problem You know that That i

Mess up give up call about a hundred times

Head up fed up

Talking to some other guy

But my minds on you tonight

I know when I’m wrong but when I’m right I’m right

don’t even try to change my mind

Im by your side I’m

Leaving all my past behind I

Turn the music on

I thought love was gone

I admit I’m wrong

But I know that when I’m right I’m right

Don’t even try to change my mind

La la la la

La la la la la la la la la

When your plans are falling through

Ima show up here for you

I am worth it you should know

I’m not perfect let it go

I Mess up give up call about a hundred times

Head up fed up

I’m not scared to have a try

Coz my minds on you tonight

Chorus

I may not be perfect

I may not be great

Always be there but I’ll

probably show up late and

I may not be perfect

I’m a solid 8

Always love you

And you know that when I’m wrong

I’ll say I’m right I’m right

When you get it wrong I’ll say I told you

So Baby hold me tight so tight

Get to know me I’ll get to know you

Chorus

Tatum Lynn Insight: When I’m Right, I’m Right

When I’m Right, I’m Right is about how even though you have made mistakes in in the past, you know for a fact that you belong together. When writing this with Lauren and Jon, I kept on thinking about the statement that goes along the lines of “A smart man knows that the girl is always right in the relationship even when she’s wrong.” I have usually heard this line from my dad haha and thought it would add a nice humorous twist to the song. I just love the lyrics in this song.

With Me

Written By Tatum Lynn, Lauren Christy and Stephan Moccio

Sometimes we can fear the enemy

Most of all we fear the pain

Chained up locked up in your head again

And you think you’re the one to blame

I’m

Not afraid to say I’ve seen the truth

And I i I’m

Holding on for life to you

Somebody sees you

Somebody loves you

Somebody needs you right now

Feels like your falling

Feels like your drowning

Feels like your worlds crashing down

Does anybody else feel like this ?

You say anybody else but me ?

Well everybody else feels like this

Run from the darkness with me

With me with me with me

With me with me

With me with me with me

With me with me

With me

Think you’ll stay all day in bed again

Or Crying on the bathroom floor

But I’ll be waiting here just tell me when

To love you back to life once more

I i I’m

Not afraid to say I’ve seen the truth

And I i I’m

Holding on for life to you

Coz

Somebody sees you

Somebody loves you

Somebody needs you right now

Feels like your falling

Feels like your drowning

Feels like your worlds crashing down

You say

Does anybody else feel like this ?

You say anybody else but me ?

Well everybody else feels like this

Run from the darkness with me

With me with me with me

With me with me

With me with me with me

With me with me

With me

I won’t let your hand go

I will hold on to you

Somebody sees you

Somebody loves you

Somebody needs you right now

Feels like your falling

Feels like your drowning

Feels like your worlds crashing down

You say

Does anybody else feel like this ?

You say anybody else but me ?

Well everybody else feels like this

Run from the darkness with me

Tatum Lynn Insight: With Me

The main message for With Me is that there is help and there is hope. So many people are suffering in our world and need a reminder that somebody really does see them and love them. I have lost friends to suicide and I view this song as something I wish I could have said to them. I’m hoping this song will help someone suffering and give them a voice.

The “darkness” can be anything in With Me. When writing it, I viewed the darkness as depression, but I believe the listener can take this as anything they are struggling with mentally, emotionally or physically.

Tatum Lynn is not your typical “new artist.” Yes, she’s about to release her first album, which features 14 tracks of pop paradise, but there aren’t too many people who can claim a chart topping first single before their record even drops. From the time she was ten years old, Tatum showed a dedication and savvy unlike most, giving her all in to developing herself as an artist; in late 2019, at the age of 19, that commitment paid off as “Later Baby XO” broke in to the Billboard Top 40. Tatum hasn’t looked back since.

Growing up as the youngest of five children in Arizona, Tatum and her two older sisters sang in the church choir with their mom. She got the bug, and Tatum threw herself into talent shows, chorus, school plays and show choir, where she won first place three years in a row for the alto section. However, it was at her oldest sister’s wedding that Tatum decided to make her debut as a singer AND a songwriter. “I always kept a journal, and would turn what I wrote into lyrics. I wrote a song for my sister’s wedding, and it was the first time I felt confident enough in what I wrote to think it was worth sharing. I kept writing lyrics via my journal all throughout high school, and it really helped shape me as a lyricist.”

In high school, Tatum began to post videos on YouTube, garnering attention thru a growing fan base. She also started to sing the National Anthem at her high school’s weekly basketball games, where someone who worked for the Arizona Cardinals heard her and requested she perform at a game. “I was so nervous to sing at a football game in a stadium! After I got through the Anthem, I felt a lot more confident in my ability as a singer, and people definitely started to take notice.” Industry folks began reaching out to Tatum and her dad (“my online security guard!”), and soon she found herself in a studio recording her first album.

Work on the album started in California, where Tatum, armed with her journal, began writing with A-Level talent. “I’ve been very comfortable writing with other people. We talk about what’s happening in our lives, ideas we want to touch on, and then we just go.” For the album, Tatum wrote with Lauren Christy (Avril Lavigne, Dua Lipa, Kelly Clarkson), who was part of the award-winning Matrix writing trio, celebrated writer/producer John Fields (P!nk, Demi Lovato, Jonas Brothers) and Joey Barba, who is featured on the tongue-in-cheek track “Can’t Live Without You.”

While the whole album explodes with surprises, there are some tracks that deserve to be put on repeat: it would be hard not to get up and dance when “Let Down Your Hair” comes on. A clarion call for optimism and strength, Tatum encourages people to rise above the noise and just be yourself. There’s a little of Taylor Swift in “Closer,” an upbeat rocker delivered with a snarl, and “Can’t Live Without You,” an irreverent gem about the contradictions of love. “Now U See Me Now U Don’t” bristles with a fun retro edge, warning that you better appreciate what you got or what you got will be gone.

A force of nature in everything she sets her mind to, Tatum is as serious about helping others as she is about singing. She is a tireless advocate for people in need, and while in high school founded Music as Therapy, a nonprofit dedicated to providing music therapy and instruments to kids in special-education classrooms throughout Arizona. She has also devoted much time to suicide prevention after the teen suicide rate went up by 25% in Arizona. She started a school club focused on prevention, and teamed up with a group called Teen Lifeline, a suicide prevention hotline. The track “With Me” is about a rash of suicides at her high school.

With her strong background in live performance, Tatum spent a lot of time doing radio visits, loving every minute of connecting with fans. She has been a popular performer at radio shows alongside acts such as We the Kings, Stephen Puth, Public and Why Don’t We, and was handpicked to perform at Live in the Vineyard, a private music, food and wine festival in Napa, which partners with over 45 radio stations, and yields a combined 750,000 active listeners. Other past performers included Adam Lambert, Kelsea Ballerini and Maren Morris. For now, during the quarantine, she’s content to do weekly Facebook and Instagram Live performances, with the hope she can resume touring as soon as possible. “I don’t know where the road will take me, but I hope that five years from now I am still writing songs, still working with my non-profit and still sharing my music. Anytime I reach someone who sees themselves in something I’ve written, it’s awesome.”
