Christmas time is coming, and that means a new group of singers and musicians have recorded music they hope will place them alongside Bing Crosby, Mannheim Steamroller and the Harry Simeone Chorale (The Little Drummer Boy) in the holiday canon. USA TODAY's Brian Mansfield rounds up some of the year's most popular seasonal titles.

That's Christmas to Me, Pentatonix.

Since winning NBC's competition series The Sing-Off in 2011, Pentatonix has become the most popular a cappella outfit in the USA. Named for its one original song, the second holiday album from the quintet alternates between elegant performances, such as Mary, Did You Know? and playfully upbeat fare like Santa Claus Is Coming to Town and Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy accompanied by beat-boxing. The group goes non-traditional with a cover of Fleet Foxes' White Winter Hymnal and also includes Frozen's Let It Go as a bonus track.
