The Popdust Files: music, pentatonix, videos

The only gift we’ll ever need is Pentatonix‘s new music video for “That’s Christmas To Me,” the title track to their brand new holiday set. The clip is solemnly joyous, charming and delightful—the a capella band is reminiscing on their favorite holiday memories, as home footage splashes and intermingles across the screen. The stage is decorated with extravagantly polished decorations and various other accents. The smiles on their faces—Mitch Grassi, Scott Hoying, Avi Kaplan, Kirstin Maldonado and Kevin Olusola glowing from ear-to-ear as they share this special message—says it all. If this doesn’t get you in the spirit of Christmas, nothing will.

“That’s Christmas To Me” follows quite a few other recent music videos, including “Mary Did You Know,” a “Winter Wonderland”/”Don’t Worry Be Happy” medley (featuring Tori Kelly) and “White Winter Hymnal.” All tracks are cuts with their Billboard 200 Top 10-bowing That’s Christmas To Me EP, which dropped in October. You can read Popdust‘s full EP review, too. Recently, the group also released their third non-holiday project, PTX: Vol III (featuring such covers as “Problem” and “Rather Be”).
