As they are accustomed, Pentatonix‘s tight-knit harmonies and energetic arrangement come front and center in their latest creation: a snappy, tropical version of Fleet Foxes‘ “White Winter Hymnal.” Lifted from their just-released That’s Christmas To Me EP, the group keeps things rather simple, offering up a heart-pounding performance.

Last month, PTX also released another non-holiday set, PTX: Vol. III, featuring such covers as Ariana Grande‘s “Problem” and Clean Bandit‘s “Rather Be.” On the reasoning behind smartly releasing EPs, band mate Kevin Olusola recently chatted with Popdust, “EPs are a way to get music out quickly and show people what you’re thinking about in your mind at that moment in life.
